PUTTING KITBAG ON THE MAP AS THE NUMBER ONE DESTINATION FOR WORLD CUP KIT
Ahead of the World Cup in Russia, online-retailer kitbag needed a way to engage a younger audience and drive sales of their new World Cup kit range. Having identified the popularity of Panna as a key trend amongst younger football fans, we created kitbag’s first LDN Panna Knockout tournament. Held in a purpose-built arena in the iconic White Chapel in London, 200 lucky football fans, media and competition winners watched on as the UK’s best Panna talent battled it out in 1vs1 matches against a backdrop of the latest World Cup kits on offer at kitbag. The supporting soundtrack to the event was provided by DJ Klepto and Hardy Caprio, helping the event reach a wider audience.
With the tournament broadcast across key social and influencer channels, the campaign reached over 2.3million of kitbag’s target audience and drove a 93% increase in positive brand sentiment at a pivotal sales time for the online retailer
