We have opened our LA office and welcome two exciting senior hires to the business. Olu Green joins as Sport, Culture and Talent Director, while Jessica Domain is our new Senior Influencer Marketing Manager.

Jess and Olu will service our existing global and US-based clients, including PlayStation, New Balance and Coca-Cola. Collaborating closely with the UK team, they will also spearhead our growth with new US-based clients who are ready to make the most of Fan Intelligence®.

Olu is a talented marketeer with a wealth of experience across sports, entertainment, and gaming. His client and brand experience includes the likes of Beats by Dre and Call of Duty.
Jessica is a prolific gamer herself who started her career promoting a League of Legends forum before managing high-profile clients such as Tencent.

CEO Richard Adelsberg said, “It’s great to welcome Jess and Olu to the team. Launching a US base has been our long-term plan. With at least three major North American clients serviced from the UK, the time is right to establish a permanent Stateside footprint.

“Looking ahead, the FIFA Men’s World Cup 2026 and 2028 Olympics are big opportunities for us. But I’m equally excited about the esports potential in such a vast and mature market. Our unique Fan Intelligence® model specialises in putting fans at the heart of our client's challenges, and our next LA-based hire will be someone who is excited by the potential of this.

We’re looking for a strategic, culturally-aware Creative Director who will love collaborating with our network of 11,000 fans around the world. We’re confident that our existing team, new hires, and our secret weapon in Fan Intelligence® will ensure we’re seen as one of the leading sports, esports and gaming agencies in North America.
